Ron joined NBS in 1992 having worked at British Gas in a variety of personnel roles since 1989. Currently Reader in Organisation and Business Ethics, Ron has been particularly involved in the management of generic undergraduate programmes. He has researched and published in the areas of reward management, business ethics and organisation theory.
