Renowned green business expert and author Gareth Kane will be launching his new book ‘The Three Secrets of Green Business’ at Newcastle Business School City Campus East on Thursday 28th January 2010 at 6pm.
Gareth will be giving a short talk reflecting on how he came to write the book and summarising its key messages. In particular he will explain the three secrets of the title: 1. understanding the business case, 2. understanding sustainability and 3. how to move a business towards sustainability.
He will illustrate how "huge leaps" like product and process redesign and "small steps" like waste minimisation and energy efficiency audits combine to deliver a green competitive business.
